    Default Course ratings

Maybe everyone else has seen this long ago, but I just clicked on the ratings of Indiana courses on dgcoursereview.com and Seviren is #1. Patoka is #2 and Mesker is #5. Buffalo Trace (#18) is a top-20 course, too.

Armco White has no business on that list. Every course listed is a better round of golf, as is:
    Yellow Creek
    Riney B
    Basil Griffin
    Hobson Grove
    ...and probably several others

I've not played Armco but I agree Hobson Grove is a great course. Yellow Creek was up and down for me. I was OK with it until hole 18 which I thought was a stupid hole because not everyone can carry 300' (especially in the wind like the day I played) and there's no way to go around the water.
    Yellow Creek was #12, Riney B 13, Hobson 16. Griffin isn't in the top-25.

    www.dgcoursereview.com

check it out...you can rate the local courses too

Free sign up, write a short (or long) review, and then rate the course

this website is world renown and the more reviews our local courses get the more they get noticed outside of our region

I guess I'm spoiled then. Pretty much learned this year on Severin Lang, though my wife and I hit up Buffalo Trace and Vettiner a couple of times. It's nice to have such nice courses around....I guess. Then again I have nothing to compare to yet. We did play a course up in South Bend that was fun but a bit run down, but haven't ventured anywhere else locally yet. That site is great!

I'm surprised Meade Olin is #18. It's a pretty nice course, figured it would be a little higher.

I was the other way---I was pretty stunned that it was a top-20 course.
