    Default Dedication Monday, Aug 5th

This Monday, Aug 5th at 10:30am there is a dedication for phase one of the improvements at Charlie Vettiner. The park is looking so much better so come on out if you're not at work!

I would like to be there. I attended the meetings a few years ago I guess where we discussed the upcoming (at that time) changes. I hope they carry through with what was brought forth, they said they were going to tear down the old metal building and replace it with a shelter with rest rooms because the plumbing was already there. I was also glad to hear that the Taylorsville Lake Course will go in for sure now. There were many meetings planning that course. I would meet Dave Greenwell after work and we would drive out the park HQ's and not get out of there sometimes till 10pm or later. It's neat to see it all start to come together. Now if we could get the 21st Century Parks project to payoff...

The road/parking lot/etc. didn't change any of the layout of the course did it?
