I think a 2 AM team should get a mulligan every hole, cause it was rough today at C.V. Lol

I would personally have to agree. All 4 teams with a pro finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th.
This already might be a rule that i may or may not have overlooked.
Since i'm the winter league director i say any time AMs are teamed up 1 mulligan per hole per player is allowed.

36 mulligans...wow
As a lifelong Am, I hate the idea of giving Ams mulligans.
It's random draw, right? Guess what, it happens. Sometimes you get paired up in less than desirable teams.
If a player wants to win, get better. Don't alienate your pro players to make everything more "fair".
I also vote that if you sign up for am, prizes are paid in plastic.
But it's ok for an odd AM out to get 2 mulligans per hole ? = average of 90 shots per course
36 is small when a reg PRO /AM team gets the average of 108 shots per course
The way i see it is the AMs come out to league doubles cause they know they are getting paired up with a PRO. If the sign ups are way off like this last Sunday 4 pro & 7 AMs. an all AM teams is at a little disadvantage. YES we all need to step up our game but that can be done when $ isn't paid to play.
How about 1 mulligan per hole, per AM / AM team ?

Yes, as an Am you have two mulligans per hole, as a pro you get one per hole.
This is a valid point. The difficult part about making a rule is a mulligan for an Am/Am team might be great to even things out at a course like CV, SL or Freeman. But what about when it's at a shorter course like Otter, Radcliff, or maybe even Muldraugh and Iroquois. Or is it still fair and evening things out or is it over compensating since nearly every the hole is reachable for a deuce?
We were able to do this some at leagues last year, we hope to do it more in the future.Originally Posted by WillB

Them courses are easier BUT nothing changes for the pro / am team. they would still get a 2nd chance every throw. So why should anything change for the AM / AM team or the odd player out ?
