2nd time ever playing

Hey everyone, extreme beginner (played twice) and shot a 43 on the holes 3-11 at CV. What's a good score out there and are there any scorecards available at the course?

the course plays as a par 58 - all the holes are par 3...except 3 and 16 are par 4s and 18 is a par 5

good shooting for only your second time out there..

the club has never had score cards on the course...but there are plenty of places to print them out online

you should check out any of the league nights, great place to get discs from local players for cheap and learn some great skills to play

Tues 6pm - Charlie Vettiner (doubles/singles)
Wed 6pm - Iroquois (doubles)
Thurs 6pm - Seviren Lang (doubles/singles)
Fri - 6:30 pm - Iroquois (doubles/singles) - all amatuer players league

You and Phig should also check out the Ace Race at Seviren Lang Sept 29th - great event for everyone from beginners to pros

Mikal, if you have a smart phone, easy score card is available free of charge (at least for android). There are some available for I phone as well.

You can also get a generic laminated scorecard that you can use and reuse. They were given out in the player's pack for last year's Charlie Vettiner Open (a player's pack is what all the players--other than the pros--get when they enter a tournament; usually a disc or two, maybe a shirt, water bottle, etc,) but there may be some left and you could buy one from one of the league guys.
