Hey, Me and my buddies are new to disc golf ( started playing in dec 2011) We are very interested in the leagues, but id say the one thing stopping us from playing is that we dont think we are good enough. The best ive shot at CV is +5 and thats from the AM tees, and other times Ill throw up a +15. My buddies are the same way. What kind of scores are the norm for the pro and AM players at CV?

Scoring spreads range from 45 to 46 for really hot rounds to 60 -70 plus. You should definitely try it out. Pretty relaxed atmosphere. Its random doubles with pros / advanced ams getting paired with int and rec ams. Good times

You don't have to be able to shoot a certain score or be "good" to play leagues. Leagues are a fun, casual environment where Am's get a chance to play with some better players and maybe even pick up a few pointers.

As the guys have said above, it doesn't matter what you shoot, because you'll get better. Very relaxed and it's all about having fun.
