2012 Masters meeting

Saturday, January 7th at noon at El Tarasco
5425 New Cut Road just south of Iroquois Park across the street from El Nopal and Lickety Split.

This will be a casual meeting to discuss the Masters tournament over lunch with Dave. We'll find out what is in the works and discus what needs to be done in preparation for the tournament.

The meeting is open to everyone and you are encouraged to attend if you want to be part of the discussion and help with the tournament in some way. Since you must be 40+ years old to play in this tournament, we should have lots of people available to help.

We've been running a quality A tier tournament for a while now thanks to Jeremy. This is our chance to show the PDGA first hand, as well as the disc golf community, what a great event we can host and show them we're ready for even larger events in the future.

I will also have an update about the CVO at the meeting.

This is not the general club meeting, that will take place later in January. See you there!

I want to help with the Masters but won't be able to make this meeting. Will notes be taken and shared on here?

Yes, we will take meeting notes and post them in the Club Projects forum, that's a private forum for club members. Contact Nick if you're a member and can't see it. We'll post it there because we don't want information that isn't concrete about the masters to get out.

Adam I am getting someone to run the store for that time. I will be there to find out what DCD can do to help out. I do have an event in the works for pre-masters events so I'll run a quick summary by at that time. I might bring one other person. But are you paying for lunch? lol
