I LOVE this event. It makes Otter SO much tougher.
"...a glass can only spill what it contains..."
Could someone explain to me how the holes are played. I have an idea, I just haven't been playing disc golf long enough to know anything about backwards play for a doubles event.

Generally one of these two formats
Pad to basket two holes back (pad1-basket17, pad18-basket16, pad17 - basket15, etc..)
Or...
Basket to basket (18basket - 17basket, 17basket - 16basket, etc..)
I believe they usually do pad to basket at Otter, but that's at Larry's discretion of course.

This sounds incredible. Unfortunately, I won't be there. I love playing B2B and reverse. Done it a few times at Mesker, it's really like playing a new course.
interesting VERY INTERESTING

Just a word of caution, there will be discs flying from directions that we are not use to. Need to be very careful there.
I do not think that the course will be closed to the public during this event. That means we will have a great many people playing the course backwards and those who aren't involved in the event will be playing it regular.
I spoke with Larry and Troy last week, neither one thought the course would be closed to the public.
This can and should be a very fun event. Just wanted to spill out an ounce of prevention before we start.

This sounds like fun, wish I could make it.
