I have a dry erase board but I don't know if it would do you any good---it's bigger than the one you have on the picture. It's not very thick, but it's probably 4" x 1 1/2". You could probably put the entire round on it instead of just the running score if someone wanted to carry it. Just let me know (I plan on trying to run a camera so I don't think I can do it anyway)

i have two water jugs - i can bring them sat - full of ice and water, as for sunday morning someone else will have to fill them up

Have we been able to borrow scoreports from elsewhere?

This is correct. I had talked to Eddie about this but I don't know if I will make it down there before the event.
