We expect even more touring pro's than last year and even Ams playing in the tournament will be able to watch the pro's both days.

Doubles the Friday Sept 16 @ 6 random draw.

Click here for the current registration.

    Players Pack

Here's what the Am's will get in their players pack:

    • Aluminum Water Bottle
    • Erasable Reusable Scorecard
    • Tournament Stamped Gateway Disc
    • Stash Mini
    • Moisture Wicking Shirt

I'm doing first come first served on shirt sizes. The majority of the shirts we ordered are Large and XL so there should be plenty of those. We only got a few Medium and 2XL. I would recommend showing up early Saturday morning to ensure you get the shirt size you want.
The retail value of the Am players pack is over $40! We have limited quantities so register on http://dynamicdiscs.com/regCVO.html to reserve yours now!

We didn't forget about the Pro's. In addition to the $4000 added cash, you will also get an aluminum water bottle.

    Hotel

If anyone from out of town is looking for a hotel, there's a Red Roof Inn about 10-15 minutes away from the course in a nice area with TONS of good food near by (including my favorite Thai restaurant), plus it's right next to the highway. According to the PDGA, the Red Roof Inn offers a 20% discount, just call 1-800-RED-ROOF and use the code VP545283. There are other hotels in the area as well, but it's hard to beat a 20% discount.

    9330 Blairwood Rd.

Another good place to stay is the Holiday Inn on Hurstborne. It's $85 for double occupancy and they have an amazing looking breakfast buffet that's included in the cost.

So can we reserve a spot here or only by registering online?

Never mind, I see the "preregistration only" on the flyer now.

Yes it's a shotgun start for each pool. The second round of the day will begin after the last card is in from the previous round and no earlier than the scheduled time.

Could also be that the Pro's will be encouraged to watch the Ams. Watching Ams, way more exciting then watching Pro's.

We will be having random draw doubles there the night before @ 6 pm. I will be taking final registrations before and after doubles. That will be your last chance there will be no signups the day of the event.
