    Default Freeman Lake Update

Freeman is still open, all 18 holes.
The water is way down. I talked to a couple teenagers Saturday who work for the park. I asked them if they were going to drain more from the lake. They told me that the lake was maybe 50% drained of what they intend on draining. I asked how much of the park would be closed and when. They said that the work is already behind schedule and didn't know when any affected parts would be closed but that the Williams Pavilion (closest to hole 1) would remain open throughout the process with the exception of the days that they would be blasting. I was told by them that the front 9 and the triangle would/should stay open except on blasting days.

Cool. I may stop up there this weekend for a round now.
All I need is some tasty waves and a cool buzz and I'm all right.

John, sounds good. I'll probably be passing through Sunday afternoon but I'll let you know more later.

Does anyone know if the entrance to the park is open or do I still have to park at Target and walk over to number five to start?

Hey does anyone know if the they will be doing blasting this Tuesday? Or will it be open to play? Have the day off and am thinking of driving down to play with a buddy before we hit a few more just north of it in the Radcliff area

John, if you still want to meet up, I'll be stopping at Freeman at about 2 o'clock. Hope to see you then.
