I thought clocks move forward on November 6 at 1 AM? Are things different in eastern time?

what if all the time zones changed there clocks on different days - what a fun world that would be - its nov 6th for all of us-

this way when we play the pumpkin shootout those of us who head over from the east feel like we get to time travel
