So whats the word on Possum Ridge aka Taylorsville lake

I drove out there last summer '11. The course was going to disturb the horse trails too much. The lady in the booth said that the "guy" was told to stop building the course several times. Finally, he was transfered out. There are no plans to resume work on the course
