    Default Bag Tag Rules 2011

This is my first time doing the bag tag competition, and I read the rules from last year, but there is a bit of grey area to me. I noticed how last year tags 1-10 were gold tags and the rest were silver and there were certain rules about people with gold tags. I was wondering how it worked this year with not having gold tags, but instead having 1-25 red, 26-50 blue, etc. What are the rules on that, or is it still just going to be the same 1-10 thing and everyone else is fair game?

Justin - thanks for pointing this out - Ive updated the rules for 2011 - most everything stays the same except:

the red tags 1 - 25 (have the option not to accept a challenge from anyone more the 10 numbers higher then them)
for example tag #1 must accept a challenge from #11 but can deny a challenge from #12)

here is a link to the bag tag rules for 2011

I would think if i'm #1 then any tag higher then #10 i could say no thanks

    11 - 1 = 10

I've never heard of anyone refusing a challenge, but I understand why that optional rule is there.

You said it right the first time, Martin. Anyone with a red tag has to accept a challenge from anyone that is equal to 10 or less higher than them.
