Will everyone be playing the longs or will ams/women (and novice, if applicable,) be using the shorts?

I've been thinking about this a lot. After talking to a few women it sounds like they'd much prefer to use some short pads since the course is so long. And because it's so long, I think it would be good to make the rec division play some shorts also to speed up play. So I'm thinking we'll use the same short pads we use for leagues.
Rec and women will play shorts on holes 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 15 & 17.

I see what you mean, but for ratings reasons you need a certain number of rated players to play the same layout. That's why rec and women will play the same layout.
The cost of the Yeti Pro Aviar is considerably more than the water bottle, but I'm sure we can work something out.
