I can meet you out there tomorrow Martin! I'll be there at 10! I don't have much in the way of tools, but I do have a small saw and some pruners for smaller stuff.

Have to be at a basketball tournament all day or I'd be there because I'd love to eradicate a ton of sticker bushes--many line the fairway of #1, just for starters.

Was NOT a perfect day to handicap base on scores at the 2011 bag tag kickoff.
That wind was a killer for most peoples games
at the same time thats why it was perfect - was windy for everyone
If the cards from the Resolution Open are still available can those be factored in for the handicapping?

Ill take it but I plan never to shoot another 82 wind and freezing or not. I just didnt prepare as I should have, to me it felt like the temperature dropped 20 degrees from the time I left the house to about my 5th hole. Ill over dress from now on and prepare for the worse not hope for the best.
Just finished our first two rounds on the new layout. Scores were awful but will improve in time. Looking forward to seeing the course this Spring/Summer with all of the greenery!
Also, me and my DG buddies would like to meet some of you locals for a few rounds at one of the local courses. Were all AM's but have been playing for quite awhile and would like to see some other people throw. If anyone is up for a round at Severin-Lang on Sunday January 13th, send me a message and maybe we can meet at the park.

Hi Dale, welcome to the site! I would be up for it this Sunday, but our leagues just down the road at the Fun Farm in Lanesville that day. It's $7 to play leagues and it rotates between all the local courses in the winter. Click here to learn more about leagues.
Also, the Fun Farm is a pay to play course since it's on private property. It's just $5 to play and you can play as many rounds that day as you like. So if you make it to leagues, it might be worth showing up early to play a round before leagues or staying late and playing another one after wards.
