    I have some concerns about 7.5 acres, that is a little small for a quality DG course. You really should have about 1 acre per hole at least.

    I think a good place for a course would be the par 3 course at different strokes on New Cut and Gene Snyder. The holes are already cleared. Not sure who actually owns it, but it would be nice just to get another course in Louisville.

    I used to sub-contact (sort of) and have a business relationship with management of different strokes. I've tried to get the facility for final rounds for tournaments and I have been denied due to liability. It would be great if someone could get them to reconsider.
