Sponsors (Caddy Book) [2010]
2009’s New Albanian Charlie Vettiner Open was the richest tournament in Louisville history and the first A-tier in our city. We’ve been award another A-tier for 2010. The Louisville Disc Golf Club should be very proud of their efforts last year in pursuing the funds to be able to pay out $12,485 worth of cash and prizes. A huge chunk of this money came from our title sponsor, the New Albanian Brewing Company. Unfortunately, with the economy in the state that it’s in, the NABC will NOT be able to sponsor our event again in 2010. This doesn’t mean that we will NOT be able to have our tourney and that we will NOT be able to be as big (or bigger) as we were last year. It just means we have to work harder to find individual and/or title sponsors.
As we have done for the past few years, we’ll have the caddy book’s to hand out to every player. Start looking at getting caddy book sponsors NOW.
In this book we are offering $100 hole sponsors and $250 color full page sponsors. Below is a list of available sponsorship spots. If you sponsored a hole last year and want that same hole again please let me know ASAP.
All sponsors will receive their space in the caddy book (which ALL players will receive), a sign on their sponsored hole's tee sign, recognition on the "Thank You" page of the caddy book, recognition at all player's meetings and awards ceremonies, and advertisement on our website’s message board.
If you know of anyone that may be interested in buying a hole sponsor either let me know. More holes will be available in the future as we decide what format we will be using. Please post here or PM me with your request to sponsor a specific hole.
If there are any individuals that want to put their money together and sponsor a hole that is fine too.
