It's always playable. You may have to go in the back way though.

Any idea on what position the baskets are going to
be in for the tournament?
Will they change between rounds?

We're going to keep everything pretty long since it is the USDGC qualifier. There PROBABLY will NOT be change between rounds and there MIGHT be some added/tightened OB (USDGC style). I'm thinking about making 16 an island like nuber 17 at the USDGC.
