    Did you notice that Rec and Women didn't get a rating at Goat Path?

    It is a XC tier anyway it wouldn't count toward ratings.

    Not true. It wouldn't get a rating if it were an experimental format. But since it was stroke play, the ratings are official and counted towards a player's overall.

    From what I was told it is the experimental format due to the none PDGA approved baskets.

    The baskets are the reason it's an X-Tier. It still uses standard stroke play and thus a rating can be generated from the scores.

    Rec and women had only 4 players with ratings in the 8's and up. Those are the propagators and you must have per layout to generate ratings.

    I had a +14 for this update.
    I went +38 for year, but +43 if you consider my first update of the year was -5.
