I got my first ever non Otter Creek ace yesterday at Freeman Lake.
Hole 3 is a somewhat narrow fareway with a low ceiling. When I threw it I knew I had something good. Straight down the fareway, anny'd a little then hit some small leaves, hyzered back towards the basket. From the pad it looked like to hit the front of the basket and glanced to the left.
I have hit metal on this basket 4 other times, I was a little miffed at the thought of getting that close again.
Half way down the fareway I look at the basket and it looks as though there was something in there. My disc had come in at such angle that it did not hit chains. It was wedged under the cross brace in the bottom of the basket.
