Sealskinz

Anyone use these or something similar. I'm in the market for a pair and their seem to be alot of mixed reviews out there. If so how well do they work?

I use the Gore Tex socks, they seem to hold up a lot better than SealSkinz. You can check out ebay for some good deals, sometimes REI has some in their outlet store (www.rei-outlet.com) for a great price.

i'm a big fan of the gore tex socks too, i'd recommend those over the sealskinz.

I have the sealskinz and they work but make your foot stink something crazy. It's like they dont let water in or sweat out. So I guess you could say they work, but the Rocky Gore Tex are the best.

I wore through a pair of Rocky's at the heel. Other than that I have not had a single issue with them and I didn't think that they made my feet sweat too much either. I purchased a pair of Keen shoes with the waterproof liner that works well too except when the water comes up over the ankle and enters the shoe that way.

The only problem with those is they are NOT waterproof.. they are basically just a wet suit for your feet.. neoprene.

I love it when a product says it is one thing, but is really not even close to being that. I have no idea about them. Just saw they said waterproof sock and are more than half the price of the Rocky's. To me it is one of those situation were you get what you are paying for.
