whats considered a good score here

O.k. guys I just picked this game up this May and Im addicted, I have played CV a few times and I consider myself a rec player. What is a good score for 18 from the long tees. Ive never been under but have shot par my last 4 rounds.

59 is very good for just starting out. I'm guessing that's about 930-940 rated. (Hard to say though since we've never had an 18 hole tourney there).

The question is are you playing all of the mando's and OB's?

Russ, Im only aware of 3 mandos, I do play them and yes I also play the obs. In fact yesterday the ob on 11 cost me both rounds I played. It wasnt a real good day. LOL

i think 59 is pretty good...i played for the first time in april, playing only on lunch for the most part at freeman lake...i've only played CV once, did 67...

if you want the real good score - look to shoot an 8 - 10 down on the front 11 and get all 5 dueces on the backside with 3's on 16 and 18 - and you can have the low 39 - 41 - can you imagine - i believe the record stands around 43 at the moment
