Stealing discs

I know of a few people that lot there discs or they threw in a tree and we going to retrieve there disc after the round was over to find out that someone got it out and did not turn it in to lot and found. I don't under stand the dishonest people that do that. It pisses me off because someone got my disc and and took it.
