Default Warped Discs

I have a couple Gateway putters that have warped. I keep them in my car, could it be the hot weather is the problem and should bring my disc inside each time? Thanks

Yes Scott that is the problem. Especially with Gateway stuff. Are they sss plastic? If so the hotter they get the more malleable they become. Meaning the more flexible until BAM you have a brand new kind of disc. I like to call em halfsies, cause they are bent in half or the like.

Try one of two things:

Microwave them for 10-15 seconds upside down. This will get creases and such out of flight plates.

Boiling water poured into the underside of the disc while it is upside down. Same idea, but a little more safe...

I did take the disc and filled it with water and turned on the microwave until the water started to boil. Took the disc out and layed it flat, rim side down with a heavy pan on top and a majority of the warp came out. Probably would do the same with boiling water also
