Lots of good things happening at the course. There are three concrete short pads now with a couple more to be poured tomorrow plus hole 6 is getting an extension so you'll have a nice long run up. Some brush was cleared on hole 9 with the bush hog but there's still a little more work to do there. Did lots of weed eating on the course, particularly on hole 17 but I ran out of gas so there's a few places left to get. Trimming and clipping here and there.
Don't suppose you found either disc I've lost on 17 when you cleared it out, did you?
Seriously, everything is looking great. It was pretty entertaining to see them lift the existing #14 teepad with a tractor and transplant it to the short pad of #16. I told Glen (head of the parks guys, who I went to high school with,) that I was going to put my butt print in the wet concrete on the new pad, but he said there wasn't enough concrete there.
Gate is unlocked as of Friday march 8 - so you can drive in the park and up to the top to hole #1
Bathrooms and water will be on prob end of the month/beginning of April
