I think with these rated leagues a few factors can skew the ratings that aren't as apparent in tournaments. I think the first is everyone is a local and people tend to shoot better on courses they have multiple rounds on. Also in the evening not as many people are still hungover and it's a lot easier to shoot well when your not about to puke before everythrow.
