Nick, I think when you're finished, you should do a similar post to this to see what people have to say. Obviously everyone is going to have an opinion and you don't have to add/change everything that's mentioned, but it might help for just small details like the one I pointed out earlier.

Just wanted to update everyone! I'm getting close to completing the online registration feature for the site. We will be able to accept tournament registrations and memberships all on the site. There will be a small fee if you choose to do either.
