this past week I played the Maple Hill Gold Course - shooting course par was considered to be 1010 rated - It got me thinking one could compare courses in there difficulty based on par vs. 1000 rated golf
so I started to check it out - I have listed a number of courses and what there par is considered to be, compare that to what it takes to shoot 1000 rated
I have the courses listed in order to difficulty based on the rating for shooting the established course par

So if anyone knows other courses to add to this - list the course, the par, the 1000rated par, and what the course par rating would be
In the SOKY, course par for White was 60. Also, I've never seen a tournament at Mt. Airy where they didn't use par as 54. In this year's BG Ams round 2 for Advanced was at Tech and round 3 was Phil Moore. Also, Phil Moore is getting 6 holes changed so its going to alter the round ratings.
true - courses are always changing and courses use a variety of different methods in determing par -
i made a few guesses -
I think it is interesting in the difference between the said par the actual difficulty in achieving said par from course to course
