You can keep gallon jugs and a cooler full of ice bags next to each station. Go around refill them as needed.

This is what Howie did during the SOKY and it was great!

I now have this scoreport. It's ten minutes closer to Louisville now. ;)

I will have the AEDGC scoreport with me that Friday!

We've only got a few few things left to take care of. There's nothing on the list you can volunteer for that would stop you from playing so please help make this event even better.

Do we have a cook for the food. I still plan on buying
hot dogs and buns? If nobody is there to cook I could
buy or do something else.

Obviously you're on the Kentucky side of the bridge. Nothing over here is 10 minutes closer to Louisville at this point.

We have cooks but no grill at this point. still have a couple days

Instead of having a grill and cook for both days, how about we just do that Sunday?

Most of the Am's are going to stick around to watch the pro's and for the award's once they're done. Having food then would be great so the Rec and Int crowd can grab a bite to eat before the spectating starts. So if we could get someone in Pool B to bring a gas grill that would be awesome.
