Thanks for setting me straight everybody. I didn't mean to question the soundness of the system, I was just curious about the uncontrollable factors in the rating systems. As was reported Fluctuations are as fluctuations do (not a literal quote).
I was on Matt's card for that one. Super clean round. Only one missed putt i can think of. He hit every line out there.
