2011 Bag Tag Kickoff Tourney
JANUARY 30th - 2011 BAG TAG KICKOFF TOURNEY
Seviren Lang - 2 pm - Sunday
$10 division (gunning for a 54)
$5 division (think you can shoot a 64)
$0 division (just trying not to hit more then a tree per hole)
These 3 divisions will pay out based on actual score.
2011 BAG TAGS -$10 for tag
I am going to award bag tags at the event based upon a new handicap system for 2011.
Prior to the round I want a goal score for each player (if you cant come up with a goal score - I will come up with one for you)
Tags will be rewarded based on how players play against there goal.
Example:
Chris - goal 54 - actual 60 - DIFFERENCE 6
Bob - goal 69 - actual 74 - DIFFERENCE 5
John - goal 59 - actual 72 - DIFFERENCE 13
Fred - goal 57 -actual 65 - DIFFERENCE 8
The best tag would be awarded to Bob with a 5, followed by Chris with a 6, Fred with a 8, and John with a 13 - and so on...
Throughout the year at certain events tags will be won and lost based on the handicap
I know what you're thinking - Why dont I just inflate my score so that I win the top tag.
Well I suppose you could - but then you're just cheating yourself - set a real goal - and beat it - BAG TAGS are just the side game - make yourself a better golfer in 2011 - see you all Jan 30th - at Seviren Lang - 2pm
