I don't know but you'll get West-end Nile disease just from looking at that pond. West-end Nile is similar to West Nile except all your teeth start to rot out of your head and you become instantly addicted to crack.

FYI As I understand it, the pond will remain as part of the MSD drainage project. I guess if hey increase the runoff and with the addition of a wetland retention area, it may improve things somewhat. We can only hope.
I got in a bit looking for my disc, but it got a bit deeper than I liked. Yellow leopard...one of my favorites.
