No problem. Just offering my limited services. I started getting into budgeting at work and I had to make projected budgets the last two years for my expenses to cover potential accidents. How am I supposed to know when someone is going to get in an accident?
Whats up? I do understand your equation for the budget. Yes we can come up with a rough budget dealing with tournaments. Here is the thing, Jeremy and me have one different view on running tournaments and that throws the numbers way off. Jeremy and I have discussed that view several times, but don't meet eye to eye. As long as there is more than one person running tournaments we can't come up with a clear budget for tournaments. And I'm not going to run all of them. As far as leagues, look at the difference in the numbers of players showing up on average for the past 3 years. Hard to say if we will have 12 people or 23 people each week. That would make a huge difference in numbers.
Overall, I don't think we need exact numbers just around-about. A rough idea to have a number to strive for to keep ourselves able to have great payouts for tournaments and some to spare for other things. If the club wants more detail than what I have, believe me I will get witcha.
