Judge with the time change & getting dark earlier & the travel time between courses PLUS lunch brake you might want to have tee off at 7am latest 8am
Just saying
this has nothing to do about what i would want. Hell i would rather it start at 9 player meeting at 8:30

The distance between the two courses isn't really far enough to worry about needing much more (if any) time than the hour break. Get your food to go and you should be OK. I prefer that. I hate waiting between rounds but I'm usually in a group that finishes quickly and gets to lunch before a lot of people.

$360 should pretty much take care of one basket, shouldn't it?
$360 should pretty much take care of one basket, shouldn't it?
Yes, although the club is able to get baskets cheaper than retail price so that will help.
it will be 8:30 or 9 Tee Time
I think an 8 or 8:30 tee off should work. The sun sets at 5:30 on Nov 17th. So two 3-3.5 hour rounds plus 1.5 hours for lunch and travel means if we tee off at 8:30 the second round should be done around 4 or 5pm. Judge is limiting the field to 72 players which is good so there will be no 5 packs to slow things down.
Count me in, I'll be playing and helping you out with whatever you need.

You also have to consider when the sun rises. Players need some time to warm up so I would think 8 would be the earliest you can start and probably the earliest you would need for the reasons Adam has stated.
Good point Dan, I looked at sun set time but not sun rise, that happens at 7:26am. So maybe an 8:15 or 8:30 players meeting so we'll have time to warm up?

There will also be the time change before the tournament which will move the sunrise and sunset earlier by an hour.
Edit: The 7:26am time already takes into account the time change.

Thanks Judge, Adam, Jim, Terry, Shawn, and everyone else who helped prep the courses and run the tourney. It was great playing the first ever pdga rated rounds on the buffalo 19 and Seviren in the fall.
For all those who just played...please go on www.dgcoursereview.com (http://www.dgcoursereview.com) and review the courses.
