I was playing Buffalo Trace today and off the long tee pad I took my usual moon shot with my Barry Shultz champion beast, only with a little hitch. Instead of turning then fading, setting up my usual 3, the disc kept turning and fell off into the right-hand woods.

I was a little dismayed at the shot, but about the time it would have hit the ground (I lost sight of it) my friend and I heard the loudest BOOM! We looked at each other, what could this be? Was that a hippie's camper? No, it turned out to be a metal trash can. Needless to say, the champion plastic left a rather large dent in the side of the galvanized aluminum trash can. I have to say it was about the funniest thing that has happened to me since I've been playing disc golf.

It didn't go into the trash can, it just dented the side.

We call 'em brown aces

I had a brown ace last weekend. Threw my Aurora LS right into a pile of dog crap.
