Just so everyone knows, food will not be served this year unless we can find someone to do it in the next couple of weeks. But, since food isn't being served when you leave and go get food make sure you mention that your playing in the disc golf tournament at buffalo trace to the businesses around town. Hopefully it will draw more interest in sponsorships next year. I mean 100 people at the same time flooding the small town of Palmyra I think it would make a difference.

As we draw closer to the tournament and more golfers come out to the park for practice, please observe the park rules. One of the problem areas in the past has been parking. As of now the assigned disc golf parking area is at the shelter house in the camping area. If you park in an empty camping slot and a camper showes up while you are out enjoying the park; the park manager will either tow your car or take their time to come out onto the course to find you and ask you to move your car. This is a pain for everyone involved. So, please be considerate and park at the shelter house. I hope everyone enjoys the new hanging basket on #1. If you hate it, I will quote the implacable Butch Harbolt and say "I thank you".

I'm 95% sure Sheila and I will be there....making some arrangements. Open division looks pretty weak....way easier than playing Ashton and James straight up.....I might jump up:)

Josh you will love this course. Tons of trees and in a beautiful
private (I think) park. Really a nice place to spend a day. Lots
of birdies that are pretty tough. Get your birds early and then enjoy
the ride. I don't know the SSA but I am guessing 5 or 6 down for 19 holes.
Maybe even a 4 or 5. Locals know better.

Won't be there because of work so have enough fun for the both of us!!

Good mix of open holes and wooded ones. Lots of low ceilings. Couple of potential ace runs.

Josh. Move on up to open if it looks pretty weak. Haha

Josh is smart to play masters. Old man like me, can barely get up off the couch,it's easy money for him or James. That being said......the open field does look pretty weak!

Parking has always been an issue with the big turn-out we have been having. So....this year we are going to park in the field between the long tee pad for #19 and the long tee pad on #15. This should work out pretty good since the tent for the tournament will be set-up in the camping area above long #19. We could not get the normal shelter house this year; it was already reserved by another group. If you have a friend with a camping area you can park there with their permission.

The temp. holes will be in the same location as last year. With one additional hole. As Nick stated, 24 holes. I will be there during the day on Friday laying them out with flags for anyone wanting to practice the temps. The baskets will not be in place untill Sat. morning.

Lunch will not be available this year. Bring your own or there are local places to eat just down the road in Palmyra.

Once again; thanks to all for such great participation!

First off, I am pumped up about this tournament. It's the 3rd event in the Southern Indiana Series, it's a really fun course and it's put on by a great group! What's not to be pumped about?!

Second, I have questions.
1. What are we getting in our player's pack?
2. Will DCD be set up on site and selling?
