Nice plot of land not a great course but you can do what you want on the small plot right on the intercoastal

Just gotta add when it comes to good concrete pads or any pads at all - Louisville is mad spoiled

I played fore palms when I traveled with my wife on a business trip 2 years ago. I also played the 9 hole Kathryn Abby course that is close by on the beach. The walking path (old cart path) winding through the course at fore palms was cool but you had to watch for walkers on a lot of holes. Still a fun course.
