I'm just looking for a general idea of an SSA round at BT. I've seen the tourney results, but because of added holes, it throws it off. Jeremy thought -6 or -7...just curious.

Thoughts?

I'd say that's about right. I'm less qualified to talk about SSA than Jeremy, but my guess would be -7 or -8 on 19 holes.

I was personally thinking -6, as some of those holes are mightly unfriendly...

Yeah it's tough to tell. It could go either way but I was thinking the opportunity is definitely there to birdie holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 17, and 18. That's -12 and there are birdie possibilities on some of the others but they aren't as easy.

I say this like it's so easy, but my best round out there is only a -6. It's easy to get in trouble and take bogeys out there.

Now that Shawn hit a birdie on hole 19 last week, every hole on the course has been birdied.

Kinda funny, but I missed #18 both rounds and hit #16 both rounds! That was probably one of the easiest holes for me. Weird.

Seeing that the course record for 19 is -11, I'd still say -6. It is still -11, right?

(I want that record, darn it! That last round of -8 with a bogey and missing 9, 15, and 18 is eating at me...:bang:)

I bounced a 50 foot putt off the left side of the chains today for two. Kinda frustrating round though.

Yeah, that would have been a sweet deuce to start the day!

(I still say my second round drive on #19 was closer... j/k!)

Great to get to play a round with you guys today!

I've gotten #19 before. My drive was about 25 ft past the basket

You want to talk about the best month of disc golf in my life. First Martin Kyle Sparrow & Jay came out to play with the Murphy's and the Glassman and myself which was one of the best times in my life . Then I have Daniel and Jeremy "80" Watts come out yesterday and allthought I was in total shock and awe at the display of talent It was also one of the best times as well I have had. Terry and I went back and mulched all but #18 last night and Im stating this because its all about self glory and you know me I love me some self promoted Glory.

Eric G. I just dont believe you went 50 ft past the hole on long 19... ok dont read this sentence Eric. I do believe Eric did it but im trying to get him to come out and show me.. so Eric continue reading now. I will give you a dollar if you show me how you "supposedly" threw past 19. I threw past the basket once but I was 30 ft in front of it!

I still would go with what Daniel said he seemed to smoke the course with ease like nobody I have seen before not only that it was his first time at the park. Jeremy Thanks again and this goes for everyone who has came out to play with me. You guys know who you are... Adam, Steve S. Josh D. and the above mentioned. I still need Scott Reif to come out. Billy S. Eric and Keith G. and The Brandenberg crew just to name a few. It means a ton to me probably more then you guys will ever realize.:Please:
Back to the topic on hand now sorry for the mini thread Hijack

I'm hunting that course record of yours, Scott!

Shot a -7 first round and second shot a -10. Got 5/6 to start (missed 5, as I had a 30' putt behind the massive tree in front of the basket). Also parked #12 with a FH roller! (Deuced it both rounds with it.) That is THE shot on that hole, just don't hit the short tee pad.

Hit pole on #1 and chained out on #4. Ah, well. Next time... ;)
