This sounds great! You doing players packs?

captain plastic
02-05-2010, 03:38 PM
No players packs this year. I plan on doing it annually.
It will only get better.

I will be adding $200.00 to the pro purse and plan
on paying out very well.

Thanks Jeremy. I asked Nick to put it on the main page
after the Steve D. fundraiser. I hope you can come out
and play. It will be a nice change for you. Only there as
a player.

Registration list is now live!
http://www.pdga.com/tournament-results?TournID=10080

I have already gotten a lot of positive feedback.
Have a feeling we may fill this at 72.

Online should be up within a week.

Other news:
Got some player feedback. The ace pool WILL NOT
be donated to the LDGC if no ace is hit. There will
be a throw off for the ace pool.

Sam, are you reserving any spots. I'm planning on being there but my knee is a little tweaked right now. I'll make a decision for sure by early next week.

captain plastic
03-08-2010, 11:53 AM
Bub let me know ASAP. I will hold you a spot.
Would love to have you play.

I am going to try and make a few league events
or pick a time to be at the course to take some
registrations.

By the way I just got the Louisville Classic disc in
they are sweet. This is what I ordered.
Eco Star X-Caliber
Star Rancho Rocs
Champion Boss's
DX (you need to practice more) Aviar

They are sweet. With original artwork by
Adam Higdon. Well done Adam!

J_VanOver
03-08-2010, 01:51 PM
Two questions:

1. Can you hold a spot for me until I see you around? I've already made arrangements to play, I just don't want to sign up on-line if I don't have to.

2. Can you post a picture of the discs or artwork? I would like to see it for sure.

Bubby Hill
03-08-2010, 02:21 PM
Thanks Sam. BTW, good job in Arizona. The Louisville contingent represented baby!

captain plastic
03-08-2010, 02:49 PM
Really appreciate that Bub. I really
felt like I played better than what is rated.
Those courses are tough. We all played
above our averages.

Martin totally represented.

Did not lose any disc! First time ever
in Arizona.

captain plastic

Surely that's not for everyone, right? Ams and Pros play long? For those, the short is an easy 2, close to the easiest on the course...

I'm sorry I can't play...shot a -4 in my first full round since '08...

of longs.
All other divisions two rounds of shorts

PDGA#26039
03-19-2010, 03:40 PM
I feel like the short 16 is by no means an easy duece. I can think of 10 long holes that are easier to duece. I'll bet you $20 that the average score on it is closer to 4 than 3, for the people playing it.

I was speaking for pros/most ams. The other divisions I agree with you. Heck, I was able to get it in two from that location yesterday (after my first throw out of the woods). My point being that if I can do it, most anyone in the pro/am divisions can as well.

So is par considered to be 59? Seems a bit high, but with par 4s (3, 8, 16) and a par 5 (18), I can see it. Is that right?

Congrats to Scott and Tim! Way to rep da 'ville! Sean's first Adv win! Wahoo!

captain plastic
03-20-2010, 09:37 PM
