OK, I haven't had any response to my projected dates for a meeting, so I will call a meeting and hope that you guys will show. How about we meet at Iroquois Park at 6pm, Wed the 21st of Oct. I believe the leagues are acheduled to end the week before. I hope we get a maximum amount of members or would be members to show up and let's get things going for 2010. :Birdman

I just put in a request for the 25th yesterday, supposed to hear if I got it today. If I did I won't be able to change it.

steve - i realize getting this date set is a pain - if wed isn't looking so good - perhaps nov 1st - thats a sunday - we could have the meeting at CV - after the bag tag tourney - i'm hoping everyone will stick around for the finals anyhow - and we could have a lot of folks make it out then in the later afternoon

They have blocked out Nov 1st for request at work so chances are I won't be able to make it. I'll keep an eye out and let you know as it gets closer.
