while playing a glow round at metsger park in Evansville Friday i met a golfer who had heard a rumor that the owner of old English had purchased a closed down course in new Albany. i was praying that it was knob hill in Georgetown which is 1 mile from my house but oh well new Albany is only 5 mins. i called old English today and they confirmed that they had purchased the new Albany country club course which is supposedly 27 holes. don't put much stock in it but they said they are considering a disc golf set up just like English. maybe everyone can show their support and get a cool course in new Albany. once again nothing is for sure so dont bash me if it falls through...........everyone who knows me knows i talk a lot of smurf anyway.
