got ace #20 last night during iroquois league

iroquois is the only place i have ever been paid to make an ace

needed two aces in the last three holes or so to catch the leaders - didn't quite happen

but did ace hole #16 in the air with a champ firebird

Nice! I've got #16 twice. Once in the air, once on the bounce....eleven days apart. You should play Iroquois on July 5th and see if you hit it again. That would be SWEET!

Air or skip? Either way a great shot, Martin! You've gotta have an arm to ace that one!

guessing air, felt like a overthrew it, which i did since i surely wasn't gonna put in under the basket - it was a blind shot with the thick brush down the fairway - seemed like the longest walk up that hole til i could see my orange disc sitting in the basket

It didn't go in, but Keith Galluser hit the basket on #13 at Seviren tonight. I'm pretty sure it was the first time he'd played the hole. Didn't go left. Didn't go right. Went dead center straight through all the pine trees and managed to not hit a thing until he hit metal.

thats what keith does - bet he tore it up - not many guys go a year without playing and then show up at a tourney and shoot 1050 golf -

I can't remember his score, but it was in the range of 60 or 61. A guy named Reject won with a 53 (I think he was playing intermediate, so he had mulligans,) and Eric Galluser has a 55. I had a 60, but I had the shorts and the mulligans.
