2009 Kentucky State Singles Championships
at
Idlewild Disc Golf Course
Burlington, KY

Saturday, April 11th 2009

PDGA Sanctioned C Tier

United States Disc Golf Championship Qualifier
Top Open Player from State of Kentucky automatically qualifies for USDGC.

Field limited to 72 players . Must have four players to form a division.

The following are the divisions offered and their entry fee:

Open $50
Pro Women $40
Pro Masters $40
Advanced $30
Intermediate $20
Recreation $20

There is an additional $10 fee required by the PDGA for non-current PDGA members.

All AM players will receive their choice of disc, from molds made available, as a player's pack. The disc will be issued on a first come, first served basis during check-in, the morning of the tournament.

This tournament is preregistration only!!!
Registration is available online at www.IdlewildDiscGolf.com (http://www.IdlewildDiscGolf.com) or by sending check or money order to Fred Salaz 695 Triple Lake Drive, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
There will be no late registration for this tournament the morning off.
All preregistered players will be placed in a drawing for a prize package.
This tournament is preregistration only!!!

All divisions will play the first round using the short tees or pins, then the second round using the long tees or pins.

Check-in will be at shelter near hole# 3 tee, from 7:00am to 8:15am. Player's meeting is at 8:30am, followed by an approximate 9:00am tee off.
